In November 2006, Elder Teto T. Saunders was appointed as Co-Chaplain at Widener University by Chaplain Pastor J. Koskol.  December 2007, under gudiance of the Holy Spirit develop the New Birth Fellowship Alliance. Elder Saunders is determined to contribute to the birthing of souls into God's Kingdom and to oversee their safe delivery into the hands of Jesus Christ upon His promised return, trusting that the gates of hell cannot prevail against the Rock of Jesus Christ. Elder Saunders is the proud father of two sons William Oscar Haley Burney-Saunders and Cornelius James Daye-Saunders
